This program is a high intensity upper body emphasis strength training program along with conditioning and made specially for the EAT Collective group.
The emphasis is on utilizing a variety of upper body movements geared towards maximizing a hormonal response to create a stimulus for hypertrophy. There are 4 upper body sessions and 2 conditioning days per week.
The first 2 weeks have are geared towards volume and second 2 weeks of the month are geared towards heavier loads.
As with any training program, it is only as good as the effort and consistency it is done with.
